Protecting the Public
We take the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. We follow all CDC guidelines and regularly update our internal policies to match current CDC recommendations. Our employees are outfitted with PPE, including masks, and will do anything within reason to make a customer feel safe in their home.
If you have specific requirements you would like us to follow, then please let us know, and we will make sure that you feel comfortable when we are in your home. Our considerable investments in state-of-the-art technology means that we can work in your home while also maintaining our distance, if you request.
Employee Safety
All of our employees and technicians are provided with extensive safety training, as well as the proper tools and equipment to do their job safely and efficiently. We take great care in ensuring the safety of our employees, like ensuring all jobs are up to code and safe to work on, checking in on our techs while they are traveling between locations, or sending multiple technicians to a job if that makes them feel more comfortable. Our internal safety committee was created for employees to raise concerns about safety, and anticipate and solve potential safety issues to ensure that our entire team can go about their work without worrying about safety concerns.
