Customer Response
Moncrief sends "How did we do" cards to our customers after completing a service or installation job. These response cards invite both criticism and praise from our customers. This is a very useful tool that allows Moncrief to constantly "fine tune" its performance. Here are a few examples of comments from our customers:

The "How did we do?" card doesn't have enough space on it for me to tell you how pleased I have been with the service from your organization.
Your technicians displayed so much concern for my household, carpets, etc. I was impressed with their workmanship, knowledge and their patience with me. Your service/installation technician really listened to the problems I'd had for 12 years with my old air conditioner. He recommended a smaller unit, which keeps the house drier and more comfortable than it's ever been. He also came promptly, kept the old unit running until he could install the new one (only 2 days), and finished the job in a very professional manner. I couldn't have been more pleased.
