Moncrief is continuously seeking top-notch associates in all departments. From management, to customer service, to technicians and installers in the field, Moncrief enjoys low turnover and a lot of experience. We will hire inexperienced technicians and installers who are good candidates, as we are willing to train new employees. Inexperienced candidates seeking positions in the field should have either completed or be currently enrolled in technical school upon gaining employment with Moncrief.
